Project Details
This room addition in Mechanicsburg, PA was designed to expand the home’s living space while keeping everything cohesive with the original layout. The project included a new bedroom measuring approximately 14 by 9 feet, an office and gym room measuring 14 by 11 feet, a full bathroom, and a newly constructed hallway that allows smooth access to each space.
We focused on making this room addition feel like a natural extension of the home. LVP flooring was installed throughout for durability and a clean, modern look. Both the bedroom and office gym space were finished with ceiling fans for added comfort. The full bathroom features a porcelain tile walk in shower with a sliding glass door and a simple vanity that keeps the space practical and easy to maintain.
To ensure year round comfort, the addition was tied into the home’s existing heating and cooling system. The result is a functional and flexible room addition that adds usable square footage and long term value to the property.
