This extensive outdoor living project successfully transformed the client’s backyard into a multi-functional, beautiful, and lasting space. The design centered on creating distinct yet harmoniously connected zones for dining, relaxation, and entertainment.
The primary structural component is a spacious 300 square foot custom deck constructed using low-maintenance Trex composite decking, a material chosen for its exceptional durability, resistance to fading, and minimal upkeep requirements. Integrated directly into the deck design is a custom-built pavilion, which serves both as a central architectural focal point and a provider of essential shaded comfort.
Complementing the raised structure is an expansive 475 square foot patio at ground level, which utilizes high-quality Cambridge Ledgestone XL pavers in the Limestone Quarry Blend. The large-format Ledgestone XL pavers deliver a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic with a natural stone texture, while the neutral Limestone Quarry Blend ensures the paver patio elegantly complements both the home and the Trex decking, resulting in a cohesive and high-end finished look.
