This project focused on enhancing accessibility and functionality for a homeowner with a comprehensive concrete solution. We constructed a durable concrete basement walkout, providing a convenient and direct exit from the lower level.
To ensure seamless navigation, a new concrete sidewalk was poured, gracefully curving from the basement walkout to connect directly with the existing driveway. This not only improved pedestrian flow but also added a clean, finished look to the property’s exterior.
In addition to the basement access, we also poured a small concrete slab outside the garage, specifically designed to accommodate a new garage door for an alternative exit. This strategic addition provides versatile access, whether for vehicles or as an extra entry/exit point, enhancing the overall utility of the property.
